Cash for Chat – Terms and Conditions

By accessing or using the Cash for Chat platform, you agree to abide by these Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully.
By using the application, you agree to comply with these terms. If you do not accept them, please do not use the platform.
You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a binding agreement.
You are required to provide accurate and complete information when creating your account and are responsible for maintaining its confidentiality.
We may request identity verification to ensure safety and authenticity within the platform.
Service providers list their availability. Users may book only during these available time slots.
If a session is not confirmed within the required timeframe, it will be automatically canceled by the system.
Both parties are expected to be present at the scheduled time. Sessions will take place online within the platform.
Recording, saving, or distributing session content is strictly prohibited unless officially approved by the company.
If no complaint is submitted within 48 hours after the session, the payment is automatically released to the service provider.
Users may file a complaint within 48 hours of the session. Refunds (full or partial) will be evaluated and processed at the company’s discretion.
Service providers set their own prices. The platform deducts a fixed commission from each completed transaction.
All users must maintain respectful and professional behavior. Abuse, harassment, or inappropriate behavior may result in suspension or termination.
Engaging in similar services outside the platform is strictly prohibited and may lead to account suspension.
Unauthorized use of Cash for Chat’s brand, logo, or any intellectual property is strictly prohibited.
Users are responsible for declaring and paying any taxes related to their income as per the laws of their country of residence.
The company reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time for technical, legal, or business reasons.
Certain features may not be available in some regions due to local regulations or technical limitations.
All service providers are independent contractors. Nothing in these terms shall be construed as creating an employment relationship.
User data is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which you should read to understand your rights and how your data is used.
Users must not share content that is illegal, harmful, offensive, or violates the rights of others.
We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your personal and transactional data.
Accounts may be suspended or deactivated temporarily or permanently due to violations, suspicious activity, or during an internal investigation.
Cash for Chat is not liable for any disputes, losses, or damages arising from interactions between users.
The company is not liable for service disruptions caused by events beyond its control, such as natural disasters or political instability.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform implies your acceptance of any changes.
